Park & Park Consulting LLC was founded by brothers David and Abraham Park to help companies achieve big results, delivered the human way.
David has extensive experience scaling revenue teams at high-growth SaaS companies, including ServiceTitan, where he helped grow the team from employee #92 to a company of 3,000+ and through its IPO in December 2024. He also worked at another SaaS company, BuildOps, serving commercial contractors in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety space where he overhauled and led both the Revenue Team’s new-hire onboarding and everboarding programs.
Abraham brings a blend of finance and tech expertise from his time at Jane Street Capital, a leading quantitative trading firm on Wall Street. There, he designed reconciliation processes for interest rate swaps and cryptocurrencies, unlocking new revenue streams exceeding $10 million annually. He also streamlined daily reconciliation processes for structured retail products and OTC options, cutting operational workload by more than 50%.
Together, they combine their skills in tech, the trades, finance, and crypto to deliver actionable insights, optimized systems, and hands-on training. From tech stack evaluation and implementation to sales processes, dashboards, and enablement programs, they help teams perform better, close more deals, and work smarter, all in a collaborative, approachable way, side by side with your team.
